The iTECH Wl1824A Wood Lathe offers woodturners a variety of new features that mke it the most versatile lathe in iTECH's line. Constructed of heavy cast iron, the bed, classically shaped legs, headstock, tailstock, and tool rest assembly provide over 170kg of stability when turning. The newly designed headstock can swivel 180 degrees for outboard turning. The lathe has 3 additional machined surfaces on the sides of the bed to mount this special bed extension that increases the turning options even further and gives the need for working on the largest oversized bowls or spindle projects.
