Straightline or Curved Edgebanding - Our portable edgebanders are perfect for all varieties and shapes of workpieces. The AR50S Portable Edgebander combines the features of a stationary edgebanding:

* hot melt glue application,
* Variable speed feed,
* Digital temperature control
* with the convenience of a handheld tool, all backed by high quality Le-Matic brand.

Material Compatibility: - works with PVC, melamine, laminate, wood and metal edgeband tape of 0.3mm - 3mm thickness and 10mm - 65mm wide. Angle Adjustment: Our edgebanders can operate on tilted surfaces of 75°-90°, making beveled surfaces as simple as perpendicular ones. Quick to Start The AR50S takes around 8 minutes to warm up from a cold start, and no warm-up time if the gluepot is refilled when at half capacity or more during operation.

Portable and Stationary Use Designed for transportation and space-efficiency, our edgebanders come with a durable and lightweight case. For handheld operation, workpieces can be secured with our VH03 Vacuum Clamp Set. For stationary operation, our edgebanders can also be secured to our ST95A Stationary Worktable depending on your needs.

PD80C Laminate trimmer
The iTECH Co-Matic PD80 Edgebanding Trimmer is designed for safe, straightforward operation. Beyond simple edgebanding trimming, this tool is also ideal for hollow door or column edge trimming and makes for a solid addition to any professional's collection of tools.

The high speed motor runs at 30,000rpm, providing the speed and durability to trim various materials such as wood, PVC and melamine, or laminate edgebands or edge tape

The 180 degrees telescopic cover assists in the collection of dust from the trimmings. The cover also acts as a safthey guard to keep the router bit separated from the operator. The cover shifts position according to the contours of the workpiece, allowing for interference-free trimming and optimum extraction.
